We learned a ton while working on Haunted Pixels, but namely that we don't want to do VR in such a short period of time, and we wanted to try to develop on the newer VR hardware. So we brainstormed another Halloween themed game called Mortimer's Mansion that we developed over several months and more people interested in participating

 

Mortimer's Mansion is a survival horror puzzle game. The player wakes in a library, forced to solve puzzles to escape before time runs out. Each play is different with procedurally generated puzzles, you can't cheat and watch the person in front of you. 

 

We focused on helping everyone work on making and keeping goals and deadlines. To do this we participated in RunJumpDev's Hurdles program.

 

We are working to publish this title on Steam and Itch.io so members have something published they can put in their portfolio.
